Consulting inquiries

I take on hands-on consulting engagements around AI agents, LLM systems (RAG, evaluation, fine-tuning), and data platforms (Spark, Kafka, Flink, Iceberg, lakehouse architecture). If you are writing about a project, a short note covering these three things makes it easy for me to give you a useful answer quickly:

  • What you are building and where it stands today (idea, prototype, or in production).
  • Where you are stuck — the technical decision, integration, or scaling problem you want help with.
  • Timeline and shape of the engagement you have in mind: an architecture review, a few weeks of hands-on building, or ongoing advisory.
